10 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve 智慧及綠色生活科技 Smart & Green Living Technology 可持續發展是實現新型工業化的關鍵因素，強調 在過程中善用資訊科技配合整體發展。生產力局 運用創意、創新、智能、數碼化、高科技、新技 能及物料等元素，賦能具有高增值潛力和經濟效 益的新興行業，同時將可持續發展元素融入整個 生產周期。 • 「廚餘全面轉化系統」#採用創新三段式厭氧 消化技術，將廚餘回收並轉化為三種具高經 濟價值的產品，包括高純度沼氣、動物飼料 及生物柴油原料。此技術能達到廚餘全面轉 化，並大大提高廚餘回收的經濟效益；至於 「廚餘再生俠」#是全港首個可自動將廚餘液化 成漿液的處理系統。通過機械和生物作用的 結合，它可以將97%的有機物從源頭提取成 漿液，而無需進行特別仔細的廚餘分類。吸 缸車可以輕易及有效地將漿液運送至政府的 中央設施回收。 • 與技術研發夥伴聯誼工程（國際控股）有限 公司簽署技術授權協議，將技術商品化，並 在創新及科技基金支援下利用 「廚餘再生俠」 處理系統進行測試，效果理想，大大簡化廚 餘回收，藉此進一步推動此研發日後廣泛應 用於本地食肆、商場及屋苑等。此項研發於 「IMechE － 機械創新大獎2021-22」勇奪季 軍殊榮。 • 2022年5月「綠色科技館」隆重開幕，展出生 產力局、APAS以及多間合作夥伴和參展機 構的創新研發與應用，促進政產學研緊密協 作，推動更多綠色科技概念落地實行。 • 2022年9月成立全港首個展示食品科技原型 的平台 – 「食品未來科技館」，展現供應鏈中 不同流程的先進科技，藉以為業界提供實地 觀察及技術試驗的平台。 Sustainability is a crucial factor for realising new industrialisation, which emphasises leveraging information technology to complement overall development. With various elements, such as creativity, innovation, intelligence, digitalisation, high technology, new skills, materials, etc., HKPC aims to empower emerging industries with high-value-adding potential and economic efficiencies, while integrating sustainable elements throughout the entire product life cycle. • The “Food Waste Total Recycling System” # is an innovative threestage anaerobic digestion technology that enables the recycling and conversion of food waste into three high-value products: high-purity biogas, animal feed, and feedstock for biodiesel production. Through this technology, total recycling of food waste is achieved and the commercial attractiveness of food waste recycling is greatly enhanced; The “Food TranSmarter”# is the first-ever system in Hong Kong to automatically liquefy food waste into slurry. With combined mechanical and biological actions, the system can extract 97% of the organic matters into slurry at source without the tedious process of food waste separation. Compared to messy food waste, slurry can be much more easily and effectively delivered by air-tight tankers to centralised facilities for recycling. • Signed a technology licensing agreement with collaboration partner AEL International Holdings Ltd, to jointly develop and commercialise the technology. Supported by the Innovation and Technology Fund, the pilot run of “Food TranSmarter” had enjoyed success, leading to wider applications in local restaurants, shopping arcades and residential estates, etc. to offer a simplified food waste recycling solution for the community. The “Food TranSmarter”was 2nd Runner-Up in the “IMechE – Mechanical Innovation Award 20212022”. • Opened in May 2022, “Green Hall” hosts a range of innovative GreenTech R&D and applications by HKPC, APAS, numerous partners and exhibitors. It serves to facilitate collaboration across Government, industry, academia and research sectors, and foster the adoption of more GreenTech by industry and the public. • Opened in September 2022, “Future FoodTech Lab” is Hong Kong’s first-ever FoodTech prototype display platform. Showcasing advanced FoodTech at different stages of the food supply chain, “Future FoodTech Lab” serves as a platform for site visits and technology testing for the industry. # 成功申請創新科技署「投資研發現金回贈計劃」 # Successfully applied for the Research and Development Cash Rebate Scheme under the ITC
