13 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve 數碼化 Digitalisation 於2022年7月推出一站式數碼轉型解決方案平 台「數碼不求人」惠及各行各業,匯集多項經濟 實惠、即買即用的數碼方案,並提供有關數碼化 創新和技術的最新資訊及行業應用案例,以助本 地中小企的數碼轉型之旅能輕鬆啟航。年內,平 台成功獲得行業和技術領域同袍的廣泛支持,超 過40個行業協會相繼加入了平台作為支持機構; 超過50間技術解決方案供應商,包括國際科技 公司和本地初創企業,加入平台作為技術合作夥 伴;上架超過150個數碼解決方案,涵蓋電子商 務、線上營銷、智能辦公自動化、數據分析和網 絡安全等各方面,更榮獲經濟通頒授「智慧生活 夥伴大獎 – 傑出一站式數碼轉型方案平台」。 「數碼不求人」亦舉辦超過10個線上線下的研討 會及方案展覽活動,以展示數碼轉型在不同行業 中所帶來的好處;同時,更蒐集了超過50個行 業應用案例與業界分享。 積極利用科技,協助社會服務業界數碼轉型及簡 化工作流程,例如: • 在香港賽馬會慈善信託基金支持下推出「賽 馬會資訊科技支援計劃」,為本港非政府機構 提供全面的免費資訊科技顧問及諮詢服務, 至2023年3月底已完成118個項目。 • 在民政及青年事務局的支持下已主辦了四 屆「種籽聯盟」計劃,透過「一對一」配對商 界企業及社企,協助社企以資訊科技改善營 運;自2016年推出至今已有43間社企受惠。 Launched a one-stop digital transformation solutions portal, Digital DIY Portal (DDIY) in July 2022, which gathers affordable and ready-to-use digital solutions for different industries and provides the latest information on digitalisation, I&T, and cases of industrial use for small and medium enterprises to kick-start their digital transformation journey with ease. During the year, DDIY has successfully solicited wide support from both the industry and the tech sectors. Over 40 industry associations joined DDIY as Supporting Organisations. Over 50 technology solution providers comprising global tech companies as well as local ventures joined the platform as Tech Partners and listed over 150 digital solutions, covering e-commerce, digital marketing, smart office automation, data analytics and cyber security, etc. DDIY is recognised as the “Outstanding OneStop Digital Transformation Solution Platform in Smart Living Partnership Award” by ET Net. DDIY also organised over 10 online and offline seminars and events to showcase the benefits of digitalisation in different industries. It provided over 50 cases of industrial use for knowledge sharing. Actively using technology to assist digital transformation and streamline the work process of the social service industry, for example: • Launched The Hong Kong Jockey Club IT Support Programme for NGOs with the support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, providing non-profit organisations in Hong Kong with comprehensive free IT consultancy and advisory services. As of the end of March 2023, 118 projects were completed. • Organised the annual SEED Programme for four years with the support from the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, aiming to improve the operations of Social Enterprises (SEs) with information technology by pairing SEs up with synergistic corporate partners. There have been 43 SE beneficiaries since the programme’s launch in 2016.
