17 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint University Laboratory of special robots for urban infrastructure maintenance was officially approved in September 2022. The Joint Laboratory, established by the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), and HKPC, supported by the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen; the National-local Joint Engineering Laboratory of Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen; and the Shenzhen Engineering Laboratory for Robot and Intelligent Manufacturing. The Joint Laboratory will follow the emerging development direction of special robots for urban operation, focusing on the three key robot technologies of perception, cognition and action, cooperating closely with enterprises confronting the practical technical problems in the application, market and production of intelligent robots, the Joint Laboratory will conduct research on the key technologies in the industrialisation of robots, to solve bottlenecks in independent innovation, and promote the industrialisation development of robots. A good example has been set for the training of highly-skilled talent through innovative vocational education and Industry 4.0 skills and talent professional qualification assessment and recognition. This will foster the synergy of industry, academia, and research sectors in other cities in the GBA and lay a solid foundation for new industrialisation. In January 2023, HKPC collaborated with the Shenzhen Research Institute under Beijing University of Posts andTelecommunications to provide consulting services for the annual ESG report for Oppein Home Group, a Mainland customised furniture enterprise. HKPC’s extensive ESG consulting experience, serving both international and Hong Kong markets for many years has now been extended to the Mainland market. Partnered with “Nanfang Daily” to enhance media coverage of HKPC events services and success stories in the Mainland. In 2022, a total of 10 online articles and one printed article were published. 粵港澳高校城市運維特種機器人聯合實驗室於 2022年9月正式獲批。聯合實驗室由香港中文大 學（深圳）和生產力局聯合成立，並委托香港中 文大學（深圳）機器人與智能製造研究院、機器 人與智能製造國家與地方聯合工程實驗室、深圳 市機器人與智能製造工程實驗室協力組建。聯合 實驗室將循着於城市運維特種機械人的新興發展 方向，圍繞感知、認知、動作這三個機械人關鍵 技術問題，與企業緊密合作，直接面對智能機械 人在應用、市場、生產的實際技術問題，對機械 人產業化中的關鍵技術進行研究，解決自主創新 中的瓶頸問題，推動機械人產業化發展。 透過創新職業教育與工業4.0 技能人才專業，資 格考核認證與互認為人才培養樹立了一個良好典 範，助力大灣區其它城市的產學研相融合，為邁 向新型工業化奠定堅實基礎。 於2023 年1月，生產力局與北京郵電大學深圳研 究院強強聯手，將服務國際及香港地區多年的環 境、社會和企業管治（ESG） 專業諮詢經驗引進內 地，共同為內地定製家具企業歐派家居集團提供 年度ESG 諮詢顧問服務。 與《南方日報》合作，增強媒體對生產力局在內 地的活動、服務和成功故事的報導。2022年共發 表10篇電子版報導，一篇印刷版報導。
