18 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve 智能製造 Intelligent Manufacturing 生產力局一直致力協助港資企業為其在香港及香 港以外的生產線升級轉型，利用工業4.0技術實 踐智能製造提升生產力。 生產力局推行「工業4.0 1i成熟度等級認可」，已 幫助多家企業應用智能製造的技術進行生產，包 括： • 成興塑膠製品有限公司：於年內成為大灣區 內第一家成功獲取「1i 成熟度等級認可」的玩 具企業，透過工業4.0的概念把公司帶入數據 化管理時代，提高生產效益並實現開源節流 的效果。 「在莞港資企業升級轉型輔導計劃」年內共計協 助七家企業所涵蓋的行業包括玩具業、鞋業、電 子、模具、塑膠、紙品等傳統製造業，獲得東莞 市商務局經費支持，金額合共人民幣288萬元。 HKPC is dedicated to supporting Hong Kong enterprises in upgrading and transforming their production lines in Hong Kong and beyond through leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies for intelligent manufacturing to enhance productivity. HKPC has been implementing the “Industry 4.0 Maturity Recognition”, assisting enterprises in applying intelligent manufacturing technologies in their production, including: • Shing Hing Plastic Manufacturing Limited: the first toy company in the GBA to achieve “1i Maturity Level” within this year. By incorporating Industry 4.0 concept, the company has entered the era of digitalised management, resulting in improved production efficiency, increased revenues, and cost savings. Obtained funding under the Dongguan TURN programme for seven enterprises in the business of toy manufacturing, shoe manufacturing, electronics, molds, plastics and paper products, etc. A total of RMB2.88 million was received from the Dongguan Bureau of Commerce as support funding.
