19 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve 未來技能 FutureSkills 生產力學院： • 目前提供的課程涵蓋「未來技能 FutureSkills」 框架下的14個主要範疇，包括網絡安全、 雲端技術、數碼營銷、智慧物流及數據管理 等數碼技能，以及可持續發展的管理技能課 程，助本港企業培育出具未來技能及國際視 野的人才，以配合市場發展趨勢。 • 年內舉辦近1,000個「未來技能FutureSkills」 培訓課程，當中320個為免費活動，共有 38,000人次參加，服務多個政府部門、公私 營機構、中小企業以及學校。 • 為各行業提供多元化的培訓課程及服務，讓 業界提升競爭力及可持續發展能力，更於 2022年獲Job Market 「最佳企業培訓服務機構 獎」。 • 在 提 升 人 力 資 源 方 面， 舉 辦「Play 4 Performance」企業培訓體驗日，向業界展示 嶄新互動培訓方案，全方位提升員工的科技 知識、團隊精神及軟技能，為本地人才裝備 未來。 • 為滿足生活繁忙卻有進修需求的上班族，學 院重點推廣「vLearn網上學習平台」及免費 午間學習系列「Lunch & Learn」，讓企業員工 隨時隨地增值自己。圍繞本地商業案例及趨 勢，課程題材切合香港企業需要，助企業員 工在數碼時代保持競爭力。 HKPC Academy: • HKPC Academy currently offers programmes in 14 key areas under the FutureSkills framework, covering cyber security, cloud technology, digital marketing, smart logistics and data management, as well as management capability courses on sustainability development, to help Hong Kong enterprises equip talent with FutureSkills and international perspective, keeping up with the market development and trend. • Dur ing the year, del ivered near ly 1,000 FutureSki l ls training programmes, including 320 non-fee charging courses with 38,000 participants, serving various Government departments, public and private organisations, SMEs and schools. • Provided diversified training courses and services to various industries, enabling them to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability, earning the “Best Corporate Training Award” presented by Job Market in 2022. • On the human resources-related perspective, “Play 4 Performance” corporate training day was organised to showcase new interactive training solutions that combine gamification and technological applications to enhance employees’ technological know-how, team spirit and soft skills, equipping local talent for the future. • To meet the needs of working professionals who looked for continuing education to fit in their busy schedules, the “vLearn (HKPC Academy Online Learning Platform)” and a free lunchtime learning series “Lunch & Learn”, supporting corporate employees to grow and develop themselves anytime, anywhere. The online courses focus on local business cases and trends, catering to the needs of Hong Kong enterprises and helping corporate employees maintain their competitiveness in the digital era.
