22 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve 中小企及初創企業支援 SME & Startup Support 於2022年9月隆重推出全新「資助易BIZ Expands Easy (BEE)」網上平台及「資助通BEE ePass」服 務，為企業及機構提供一站式政府資助申請渠 道，旨在系統化及優化申請資助流程，進一步拓 展政府資助支援平台，為業界接通無限機遇。 平台自推出以來，瀏覽次數已經超過300,000， 現時平台已提供多達20個政府資助計劃的資訊， 並不斷加入其他政府資助計劃資訊，更於2023年 3月推出手機應用程式BEE@HKPC，加入預約諮 詢、申請狀況查詢等功能，讓用戶隨時隨地掌握 最新政府資助資訊。 擔任11項政府資助計劃秘書處 中醫藥發展基金 Chinese Medicine Development Fund 清潔生產伙伴計劃 Cleaner Production Partnership Programme 發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金 Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales 遙距營商計劃 （已於2020年10月31日截止申請） Distance Business Programme (Application closed on 31 October 2020) 本地口罩生產資助計劃 （已於2020年4月24日截止申請） Local Mask Production Subsidy Scheme (Application closed on 24 April 2020) 專利申請資助計劃 Patent Application Grant 第三方物流服務供應商資助先導計劃 Pilot Subsidy Scheme for Third-party Logistics Service Providers 回收基金 Recycling Fund 零售業人力需求管理科技應用支援計劃 （已於2021年4月1日截止申請） Retail Technology Adoption Assistance Scheme for Manpower Demand Management (Application closed on 1 April 2021) 智慧交通基金 Smart Traffic Fund 科技券計劃 Technology Voucher Programme 相關政府資助計劃如下： • 「發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項 基金」（「BUD專項基金」）在2022年6月底已 完成優化措施，資助地域範圍擴大至內地及 36個與香港簽署自由貿易協定（「自貿協定」） 及/或促進和保護投資協定（「投資協定」）的 經濟體，並於2022年11月增加每家企業的累 計資助上限至港幣700萬元。截至2023年3月 底，專項基金已批出5,867個內地和自貿及 投資協定計劃項目，總資助額超過港幣35億 1千萬元。 Announced the launch of the new “BIZ Expands Easy (BEE)” funding portal empowered with the “BEE ePass” service in September 2022, providing a one-stop platform for enterprises and organisations to systematise and optimise the application process of Government funding, unlocking boundless opportunities for industries. Since its launch, the platform has recorded more than 300,000 public views. Currently, the platform provides up to 20 Government funding schemes information, with more and more Government funding schemes information becoming available on the platform. In March 2023, the mobile application BEE@HKPC was launched, adding features such as booking consultations and checking application status, etc., making the latest Government funding information accessible for users anytime and anywhere. 11 Government Funding Schemes with HKPC as Secretariat Relevant Government funding schemes are as follows: • “Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales” (“BUD Fund“) completed the enhancement measures at the end of June 2022, including the extension of geographical coverage to the Mainland, and 36 economies which Hong Kong has signed Free Trade Agreements (“FTAs”) and/or Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (“IPPAs”), and the increase of cumulative funding ceiling per enterprise to HK$7 million in November 2022. As of the end of March 2023, BUD Fund granted over HK$3.51 billion and 5,867 projects in both Mainland and FTAs & IPPAs Programmes.
