23 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 我們的服務 HowWe Serve • Appointed as the secretar iat of the Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) in June 2021. For financial year ending March 2023, the Programme approved 10,933 applications, with funding of around HK$2.022 billion, to subsidise local enterprises/organisations on the use of technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or to upgrade and transform their business processes, so as to enhance their long-term competitiveness. The “TVP ePROQ” platform was also launched in October 2022, aiming to facilitate applicants in reaching out to service providers that can provide the required services at more competitive prices, and to enable more service providers to have access to TVP projects for which they can potentially offer their services. “TVP ePROQ” also serves as a “one - stop platform” for applicants to conduct and manage their procurement exercises and submit relevant documents for their applications. • Of f icial ly launched in June 2019, the “Chinese Medicine Development Fund (CMDF)” aims to promote the development of the Chinese medical practitioners and Chinese medicinal drug sectors, benefiting the industry at different levels through its “Enterprise Support Programme” and “Industry Support Programme”. By the end of March 2023, over 6,300 funding applications have been approved by the CMDF, involving a total amount of over HK$210 million. • Patent Application Grant aims to assist local companies and inventors to protect and capitalise on their intellectual works through patent registration. During the year, HK$27.75 million were granted for 111 projects. • Smart Traffic Fund aims to provide funding support to local organisations or enterprises for conducting research and application of vehicle-related I&T with the objectives of enhancing commuting convenience, the efficiency of the road network or road space, and improving driving safety. During the year, the programme approved 22 applications involving funding of over HK$120 million. • Pilot Subsidy Scheme for Third-party Logistics Service Providers aims to encourage the adoption of technology by the logistics sector for enhancing efficiency and productivity. During the year, the programme approved 53 applications involving funding of over HK$27 million. SME ReachOut has organised and participated in outreach events from time to time, including visits to various chambers of commerce, business organisations, co-working spaces, and industrial and commercial buildings; and helped SMEs identify funding schemes and handled application inquiries. SME ReachOut organised and participated in 49 outreach activities, three exhibitions and nine seminars, and handled over 4,200 enquiries over the year. SME One strives to facilitate local SMEs and startups to sustain and enhance their competitiveness. Through the InnoPreneur Network, 18 online and offline events were organised with around 1,300 participants over the year, providing timely assistance and comprehensive information on market insights, technology upgrade and transformation and Government funding schemes, with support from over 155 trade associations and organisations. Garnered the Gold Award in the “Best SME’s Partner Award” organised by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business, which proves that the needs of SMEs in all aspects were fully catered for through HKPC’s SME ReachOut, “InnoPreneur Network” and various technology advisory services. Organised signature event ForeSight 2023 with two leadership discussion forums on the global economic outlook and top 10 technologies in 2023. Through sharing by heavyweight speakers on the latest trends and various opportunities, the event aimed to inspire participants to do proactive thinking, especially for SMEs to seize new opportunities and get set for new horizons. Over 600 guests from the Government, industry, academia, research and media sectors attended the event onsite while over 120,000 guests joined through the Mainland online platform. • 2021年6月獲委任為科技券計劃秘書處。截 至2023年3月底，計劃於本財政年度共批 出10,933宗申請，獲批申請涉及的總資助 額約港幣20億2千2百萬元，以資助本地 企業/機構使用科技服務和方案以提高生產力 或將業務流程升級轉型，從而提升長期競爭 力。2022年10月更推出「TVP ePROQ」採購 平台以便利申請者接觸更多服務供應商獲取 更具競爭力的報價；同時使更多的服務供應 商能夠就其服務範圍尋找到合適的科技券計 劃項目參與報價。此外，「TVP ePROQ」亦是 申請者管理其項目採購流程及提交相關文件 的一站式管理平台。 • 「中醫藥發展基金」在2019年6月正式啟動， 旨在促進中醫界和中藥界的發展，並分為 「企業支援計劃」和「行業支援計劃」兩個資 助範疇，從不同層面惠及業界。截至2023年 3月底，基金已批出超過6,300宗申請，涉及 總額超過港幣2億1千萬元。 • 專利申請資助計劃旨在鼓勵本地公司及發明 者藉申請專利以保障其智慧成果，並把成果 轉化為其資產。年內，計劃共批出港幣2千7 百75萬元，涉及111個項目。 • 智慧交通基金旨在資助本地機構或企業進行 與車輛有關的創新科技研究和應用，達至便 利出行、提升道路網絡或路面使用效率和改 善駕駛安全的目標。年內，計劃共批出22宗 申請，獲批申請涉及總資助額超過港幣1億2 千萬元。 • 第三方物流服務供應商資助先導計劃旨在資 助物流業透過科技應用提升效率及生產力。 年內，計劃共批出53宗申請，獲批申請涉及 總資助額超過港幣2千7百萬元。 中小企資援組不時舉辦及參與外展活動，包括 走訪商會、商業組織、共享工作空間及工商大 廈，以及專責協助中小企配對合適的資助計劃方 案，解答申請疑難；年內共舉辦及參與49項外 展活動、三場展覽會和九場研討會，並處理超過 4,200項查詢。 中小企一站通「一站式」支援香港中小企及初創 企業，達至持續發展及提升競爭力的目的。透過 《知創企業家網絡》平台，年內舉辦線上線下活 動共18場，約1,300人次參與，為中小企提供最 新及全面的營商資訊、科技升級轉型及政府資助 資訊以及適切支援，並獲得超過155個商會及工 商機構支持。 於香港中小型企業總商會主辦的「中小企最佳拍 檔獎」中獲得金獎，證明生產力局透過「中小企 資援組」、「知創企業家網絡」，以及各項技術顧 問服務等，全方位照顧中小企所需。 舉行年度旗艦活動《智瞻2023》論壇，兩場智瞻 領袖主題論壇涵蓋宏觀經濟展望及2023年十大焦 點科技兩大議題。論壇旨在透過星級講者分享最 新趨勢及各種機遇，激發與會者的前瞻性思考， 讓香港企業，特別是中小企了解如何從中抓住新 機遇，為未來做好準備。活動吸引逾600位來自 政產學研及傳媒界別嘉賓出席，內地網上平台更 吸引到超過120,000位嘉賓線上參與，反應熱烈。
