Provided talent training programmes in collaboration with Huawei International Co. Limited. Established collaborations on AI and robotic research and applications with the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Hong Kong Institute of Science & Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Collaborated with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and launched the “HKUST – HKPC Joint Laboratory for Industrial AI and Robotics Research” to foster the I&T talent development of the intelligent and advanced manufacturing industries. Signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Hong Kong enterprises/organisations: • With Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong to boost the awareness on ESG and corporate sustainability. • With School of Energy and Environment, City University of Hong Kong to promote innovation and technology research. • With Hong Kong Computer Society and GBA Business School to roll out the “Shenzhen – Hong Kong – Macau FinTech Professional Programme”. • With College of Professional and Continuing Education Limited of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to provide support for teachers and instructors in the development of TechEd curriculum and training, bolstering teaching skills and the academic team. • With Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers TechEd Centre to promote the development of “Smart Campus” in schools. • With the Department of Journalism and Communication of Hong Kong Shue Yan University to jointly nurture future talent in media communications and technologies.
