42 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 主席獻辭 Chairman’s Message 新型工業化是實現香港高質量發展的關鍵，而創科 是發展新型工業化的重要一環。作為香港新型工業 化的促成者和推動者，生產力局致力提倡「雙軌並 行」：一方面利用先進科技協助振興傳統工業並注 入新動能，另一方面為新興高增值產業提供合適到 位的支援，並駕齊驅。我們分別從先進技術、人才 發展，以及政府資助三方面，攜手與創科生態圈各 持份者一起推動新型工業化，同時在智慧及綠色生 活、數碼化與網絡安全、智能製造、中小企及初創 企業支援，及未來技能FutureSkills發展方向，全方位 融入新型工業化元素，讓企業更容易把握機遇、付 諸實行。 One important aspect of the new industrialisation initiative – which is pivotal for Hong Kong to achieve high-quality development – is I&T. HKPC, as a key facilitator and promoter of new industrialisation in Hong Kong, is a passionate advocate to the twin-track system: harnessing advanced technologies to help revitalise and provide momentum for traditional industries on the one hand, while providing suitable support for emerging high-value-added industries on the other. Together with the various stakeholders of the I&T ecosystem, we push forward the new industrialisation movement along three routes: advanced technologies, FutureSkills, and Government funding schemes. Simultaneously new industr ial isat ion elements are ful ly incorporated into the var ious development pathways, namely, smart and green living, digitalisation and cyber security, intelligent manufacturing, support for SMEs and startups, and FutureSkills. These elements will empower enterprises to seize and act on opportunities with greater ease. 香港在經歷逾三年疫情的重重困境後，各界已積極 開展新里程；工商界亦著手把握四方八面的新機 遇，繼續「創新• 從未停步」。同時，中央政府及 香港特區政府在創科發展方面的支援力度進一步加 強，為香港企業實踐「新型工業化」注入強大動力。 生產力局本著為中小企創造更高價值及提升生產力 的使命，與企業夥伴並肩同行，提供全面支援，合 力「說好香港創科故事」，共創美好將來。 The various sectors of Hong Kong have emerged from the difficulties caused by the pandemic that lasted for more than three years. This is especially true for local industries and enterprises, which are all ready to seize opportunities on multiple fronts as “Innovation Never Stops”. In the meantime, the Central Government and the HKSAR Government have reinforced their support for I&T, thus providing a powerful impetus for local enterprises to put “new industrialisation” into practice. HKPC, with the mission of creating higher values for SMEs and enhancing productivity, works hand in hand with our business partners.
