49 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 總裁回顧 Executive Director’s Review 生產力局以科研推動本地各行各業以創新技術升級 轉型，針對其生產和營運上的不同痛點，把「工業 4.0」先進技術融入各傳統行業，包括食品、製造、 建築，以及玩具業等，至今，生產力局已成功推進 超過1,200項大灣區智能化項目，大力發展創新及科 技事業，推進大灣區建設的工作。 在人工智能與數據科學方面，全新的「工業元宇宙 科技館Celesphere」於2023年3月開幕，展出最新的 工業元宇宙應用技術方案，致力結合元宇宙、工業 4.0、人工智能及人機界面技術，幫助企業優化整個 產品生產流程，提升效率、降低成本，解決業界目 前面對的痛點之餘，亦為大灣區提升生產力和競爭 力，成就新型工業化高增值產業發展。 深化內地業務 培育高質人才 生產力局繼續深化與內地的合作，推進大灣區合作 平台建設。本局作為「粵港澳大灣區生產力促進服務 聯盟」理事長單位，夥拍大灣區其他機構提升區內 企業綜合競爭力，與中小企共襄創科發展，以全力 配合國家「十四五」規劃下大灣區國際科技創新中心 建設，年內一共舉辦28場聯盟活動，覆蓋人數多達 175,000人；而除了一直為大灣區提供未來技能培訓 課程的「生產力局大灣區未來人才發展中心」，本局 更為內地職業院校培育第一批符合工業4.0資格認可 的講師團隊，並建立大灣區內第一家具備工業4.0智 能製造CPPS證書管理中心的職業院校，助力大灣區 其他城市的政產學研相融合，為邁向新型工業化奠 定堅實基礎。 Backed by scient i f ic research, HKPC promotes the upgrading and t ransformat ion of local indust r ies through the use of innovat ive technologies. To address their different pain points in production and operation, the advanced technologies of i4.0 offers are integrated into var ious traditional industr ies, including those related to food, manufacturing, construction and toys. To date, HKPC has successfully taken forward over 1,200 smartification projects in the GBA, vigorously implemented I&T initiatives and contributed to the development of GBA. In terms of AI and data science, the new Celesphere was opened in March 2023, showcasing the latest industrial metaverse application solutions, combining metaverse, i4.0, AI and human-machine interface technologies to help enterprises optimise production processes, enhance efficiencies and reduce costs, thus solving the pain points currently faced by industry stakeholders. It also improves productivity and competitiveness for the GBA and facilitates the development of high value-added industries under new industrialisation. Deepening Mainland Business and Nurturing High-calibre Talent HKPC continues to deepen the cooperation with the Mainland, and takes part in the establishment of platforms for cooperation in the GBA. As the chairing organisation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Productivity Promotion Service Alliance (the Alliance), HKPC partnered with other GBA institutes to boost the overall competitiveness of the regional enterprises by joining hands with SMEs to promote I&T development, fully suppor ting the development of an international I&T centre in the GBA according to national planning stipulated in the 14th Five-Year Plan. Over the past year, a total of 28 events were held for the Alliance, with the number of participants reaching 175,000. In addition to the HKPC GBA FutureSkills Centre, which has long been providing FutureSkills training courses for talent in the GBA, we have also nurtured the first batch of lecturers with i4.0 qualification recognition for Mainland vocational institutes. HKPC has also established the first vocational institute in the GBA with i4.0 intelligent manufacturing CPPS certificate management centre, helping other GBA cities integrate into the Government, industry, academia and research sectors and lay a solid foundation for working towards the goal of new industrialisation.
