50 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 總裁回顧 Executive Director’s Review 推廣綠色科技 塑造可持續發展 新型工業化在實現工業增值及經濟長遠發展之餘， 亦著重保護生態環境，達致雙贏。香港特區政府提 出2050年致力實現「碳中和」，當中企業的角色舉足 輕重。作為領先的科研機構及為響應此目標，生產 力局在生命周期的層面設定到2040年實現碳中和的 目標，顯示我們追求可持續發展的決心。我們致力 協助業界制定務實的減排策略和措施，攜手為實現 碳中和做好準備。於年內設立的「綠色科技館」及 「食品未來科技館」，正好成為超級聯繫平台，滙集 及促進政產學研緊密協作，推動更多綠色科技概念 真正落地，惠及業界和市民，加快香港邁向碳中和。 支持中小企及初創發展 中小企創優增值一直為我們的重點服務。生產力局 舉辦《智瞻》系列論壇，透過星級講者分享行業最新 趨勢及各種機遇，激發與會者的前瞻性思考，讓中 小企從中把握新機遇，為未來做好準備。年內，「中 小企支援組」(SME ReachOut) 共處理超過4,200項查 詢，和舉辦及參與超過60場活動、展覽及研討會， 全面幫助中小企解決業務難題。 數碼化及網絡安全在疫情後變得極為重要，亦為新 型工業化的重要元素之一。生產力局推行一系列的 數碼化配套注入服務支援中小企實踐數碼轉型，如 「資助易BIZ Expands Easy (BEE)」網上平台，為企業 提供多達20個政府資助計劃，接觸人次多達30萬， 更於2023年3月推出手機應用程式BEE@HKPC，讓企 業隨時隨地掌握最新資訊；本局深明中小企在獲取 服務供應商報價方面所面對的困難。「TVP ePROQ」 採購平台可為申請者提供一站式管理報價流程的平 台，便利申請者能夠更快、更有效率地獲取報價。 Promoting Green Technologies and Shaping Sustainable Development Whi le real ising added value for industries and long-term economic development, new industrialisation also puts an emphasis on protecting the environment to achieve a win-win situation. The HKSAR Government has proposed the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, a goal in which enterprises play a pivotal role. As a leading institution in scientific research and to achieve this goal, HKPC has set its own target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 at the life cycle level, demonstrating our determination to pursue sustainable development. HKPC is committed to assisting the industry in formulating pragmatic strategies and measures for reducing emissions as part of a collaborative effort to realise carbon neutrality. The Green Hall and Future FoodTech Lab were established dur ing the year, and have become super-connector platforms that converge and promote close collaboration among Government, industry, academia, and research sectors, promoting the application of more green technology concepts in real-world environments, benefiting the relevant industries and the public, as well as accelerating the attainment of Hong Kong’s goal of carbon neutrality. Supporting the Development of SMEs and Startups Supporting SMEs to create excellence and add value has always been our major service. HKPC organises its yearly signature event, entitled ForeSight. The events aim to inspire participants with in-depth analysis and exchange on the global economic outlook and latest technology trends by heavyweight guest speakers and to enable SMEs to seize new opportunities from the trends to get set for new horizons. During the year, more than 4,200 enquiries were handled, and more than 60 outreach activities, exhibitions and seminars were organised and participated by SME ReachOut to help SMEs solve their business problems. Digitalisation and cyber security have become extremely important since the pandemic, and are important elements of new industrialisation. HKPC has launched a series of digitalisation-integrated services to support SMEs in their digital transformation. The BEE Funding Portal, which provides enterprises with as many as 20 Government funding schemes and reaches as many as 300,000 people. In March 2023, HKPC launched the BEE@HKPC mobile app to keep enterprises abreast of the latest information anytime and anywhere. HKPC is fully aware of the difficulties faced by SMEs in obtaining quotations from service providers.
