64 年報 Annual Report 2022-23 管理層 Senior Management 張梓昌博士 首席創新總監 張梓昌博士擁有超過30年管理研發及顧問服務的經 驗。他現時在生產力局管理多個科技研發及顧問服 務，涵蓋範疇廣泛，包括：智慧生活、汽車科技、 5G應用、樂齡科技、綠色生活科技、測試、食品加 工及中藥、未來人才技能培訓，以及中小企及初創 企業支援服務。 張博士分別是低碳綠色科研基金評審委員會、大學 教育資助委員會研究生課程2025-28規劃小組及教育 局推廣職業專才教育及資歷架構督導委員會的成員。 張博士同時擔任香港電子科技商會榮譽顧問、香港 無線科技商會及香港電子業商會的副主席；香港工 業總會創新及科技發展委員會委員，以及香港總商 會工業及科技委員會委員。 張博士在加入生產力局前居於澳洲，並在澳洲科學 與工業研究組織(CSIRO) 擔任高級研究職位。他畢業 於澳洲蒙納殊大學，獲工程學學士一級榮譽學位和 理學士學位，並在蒙納殊大學進行電腦成像研究並 取得博士學位。張博士於1996年加入生產力局。 Dr Lawrence Cheung Chi-chong Chief Innovation Officer Dr Lawrence Cheung has over 30 years of experience in managing R&D and consultancy business portfolio. In HKPC, he currently manages broad business functions on technology R&D as well as consultancy services in smart living, automotive, 5G applications, gerontech, green living technology, testing, food processing & Chinese medicine, FutureSkills training as well as SME and Startup support. He is respectively a Member of Assessment Committee of Green Tech Fund in the Environmental Protection Department; a Member of the Sub-group on Research Postgraduate Programmes for the Planning Exercise for the 2025-28 Triennium under the University Grants Committee, and a Member of Steering Committee on Promotion of Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) and Qualifications Framework (QF) in the Education Bureau. He is also an Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Electronics and Technologies Association; Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association; Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association; a Member of Innovation & Technology Development Committee in Federation of Hong Kong Industries; and a Member of Industry & Technology Committee in Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining HKPC, Dr Cheung was living in Australia holding a senior research position in Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) of Australia. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with first class honours and Bachelor of Science degrees from Monash University in Australia. His doctorate degree on computer imaging research was also from Monash University. Dr Cheung joined HKPC in 1996.
